The 2021 Reserve Shiraz is the flagship wine for Moffatdale Ridge, it was made from the finest fruit possible. Hand picked in the pre Dawn mist of a cool February morning. The fermentation was nurtured with our winemaker plunging the skins every hour on the hour to insure only the coolest fermentation and the highest possible extraction of colour from the skins. Hie then pressed off the juice using our old hand wound basket press, making use of the cool night air to assist with retaining quality. The wine was then stored in trio of the finest new oak barrels selected to deliver amazing complexity of spices, aroma’s and a rich deep chocolate on the finish. Enjoy. -

The 2022 Semillon shows colours of pale straw with green hues. The nose is fresh with zesty citrus, peach and pineapple aromas layered over hints of oak. Crisp citrus, peach and tropical fruit flavours abound on the soft lingering palate. This wine is the perfect partner to a beautiful creamy chicken dish or silky mushroom risotto. Enjoy now or bottle age for 4 or 5 years. -

Moffatdale Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon has generous blackcurrant and plum flavours, complimented by soft tannis and well integrated oak to deliver a long balanced finish. This wine can be enjoyed now or will reward medium term cellaring. -
2023 Naked Merlot
A soft, fruit-driven Merlot bursting with flavours of raspberry, cherry, and plum. With minimal oak influence, the fruit takes centre stage, creating a bright and lively profile. The bouquet lifts with ripe berry aromas, leading into a smooth, full-bodied palate that lingers gently on the finish. -
This Rosé is a delicate blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes picked early providing a soft floral nose and displaying fresh berry fruits, subtle strawberry and red current on the palate, finishing luscious bright and crisp. -
Fresh and zesty, the 2024 Moffatdale Ridge Verdelho bursts with citrus and subtle fruit salad notes, perfect with Queensland seafood. -
Late Harvest Red is a soft Italian lunch time Red, light and fruity and made from a blend of 80% Verdelho and 20% Shiraz. This is a perfect wine to enjoy with a long lazy Italian lunch or a backyard Sunday BBQ. Best served chilled. -
