The 2021 Reserve Shiraz is the flagship wine for Moffatdale Ridge, it was made from the finest fruit possible.  Hand picked in the pre Dawn mist of a cool February morning.   The fermentation was nurtured with our winemaker plunging the skins every hour on the hour to insure only the coolest fermentation and the highest possible extraction of colour from the skins.  Hie then pressed off the juice using our old hand wound basket press, making use of the cool night air to assist with retaining quality.  The wine was then stored in trio of the finest new oak barrels selected to deliver amazing complexity of spices, aroma’s and a rich deep chocolate on the finish.  Enjoy.

2023 Naked Merlot
A soft, fruit-driven Merlot bursting with flavours of raspberry, cherry, and plum. With minimal oak influence, the fruit takes centre stage, creating a bright and lively profile. The bouquet lifts with ripe berry aromas, leading into a smooth, full-bodied palate that lingers gently on the finish.
