The 2009 Semillon\ Verdelho shows colours of pale straw with green hues. The nose is fresh with zesty citrus, peach and pineapple aromas layered over hints of oak. Crisp citrus, peach and tropical fruit flavours abound on the soft lingering palate.
The 2009 Verdelho is a crisp dry white. It displays all the fruit salad undertones and tangy vitality we have come to expect from South Burnett Verdelho. This wine is best enjoyed young.
The Moffatdale Ridge sparkling cuvee is a superb easy drinking bubbly it displays lovely ripe tropical fruit flavours with a crisp clean finish. Perfect with a cheese platter or to celebrate that special event.
The Late Harvest White is a beautiful fruit driven sweet white, we achieve the sweetness through a careful process of leaving the fruit to over ripen on the vine to raise the natural sugar levels and then we blend a small portion of early picked fruit to lift acidity giving us a wine perfect for those who enjoy the sweeter things in life.
Moffatdale Ridge Cabernet sauvignon has generous blackcurrant and plum flavours, complimented by soft tannins and well integrated oak to deliver a long balanced finish. This wine can be enjoyed now or will reward medium term cellaring
The 2008 Merlot is a classic. This fruit was handpicked and basket pressed using centuries old traditional methods. It exhibits all the delicate attributes we have come to enjoy in a south Burnett Merlot. It delivers hints of plum and currants and honey with a gentle lingering finish. Enjoy now or perhaps savour by an open fire with someone special.
